Disclosed is a system for continuously drying agricultural or marine products using microwave comprising: a radioactivity detecting and removing device which includes a radioactivity inspection part inspecting radioactivity of agricultural or marine products and a removing part removing contaminated agricultural or marine products according to the radioactivity inspection result of the radioactivity inspection part； a continuous drying device drying the agricultural or marine products not removed by the removing part while transferring the agricultural or marine products on a tray； and a moisture measuring device measuring moisture of the agricultural or marine products passed through the continuous drying device. According to the system for drying the agricultural or marine products, the continuous drying apparatus includes: a lower part which includes a hot air drying part and an upper pressure microwave drying part arranged in order along a transferring line between an automatic loader and an elevator； and an upper part including a vacuum microwave drying part. The vacuum microwave drying part includes: a vacuum microwave chamber extended in a longitudinal direction from an entrance adjacent to the elevator on one end thereof to a turning point on the other end thereof； first and second vacuum gates opening and closing both ends of the vacuum microwave chamber； a microwave supplying unit which supplies microwave into the vacuum microwave chamber closed by the first and second vacuum gates； and a transferring unit transferring the tray containing the agricultural or marine products in the vacuum microwave chamber.
