PURPOSE: Steamed rice cake containing a medical herb additive and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the steamed rice cake using the medical herb additive. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of steamed rice cake containing a medical herb additive comprises the following steps: dipping washed non-glutinous rice into water and dehydrating； mixing 100parts of non-glutinous rice by weight with 0.1~2parts of salt by weight and grinding； adding 10~30parts of water by weight into the 100parts of ground non-glutinous rice mixture by weight and grounding a second time； mixing the ground non-glutinous rice with yeast, soymilk, sugar, and the medical herb additive, and kneading the mixture； fermenting the mixture for 1~3hours at 35~40deg C； inserting the fermented mixture into a steamed rice cake frame coated with oil； steaming the mixture for 30~40minutes； and cooling the rice cake after separating from the frame.본 발명은 한방 첨가물이 함유된 증편 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 세척한 멥쌀을 침지하여 불려 물기를 탈수하는 단계, 상기 탈수한 멥쌀 100 중량부에 대하여, 소금 0.1~2중량부를 첨가하여 고루 혼합한 후 1차 분쇄하는 단계, 상기 소금을 첨가한 1차 분쇄한 멥쌀 100중량부에 대하여, 물 10~30중량부를 첨가하면서 2차 분쇄하는 단계, 상기 물을 첨가하여 2차 분쇄한 멥쌀에 막걸리, 이스트, 대두유, 설탕 및 홍삼분말, 가시오가피 분말, 복분자 분말, 쑥 분말, 울금 분말, 대나무 잎 분말, 흑미 분말 또는 녹차 분말 중 어느 하나를 선택하여 혼합하는 한방첨가물을 혼합하여 반죽물을 반죽하는 단계, 상기 반죽물을 내부의 온도가 35~40℃의 발효기에서 1~3시간 동안 발효하는 단계, 상기 발효가 끝난 반죽물을 내부에 기름을 바른 증편틀에 붓는 단계, 상기 반죽물이 들어있는 증편틀을 증숙기에서 30~40분 동안 증숙하는 단계, 상기 증숙한 증편을 꺼내어 냉각하는 단계를 포함하여 제조되는 증편을 개시한다.
