PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor for detecting the completion of the fastening of a filter, which enables an amateur to always set the filter at a normal position even in a small area or a dark place.
SOLUTION: When a shell is installed by screwing the shell to fit it to the head of a filter housing, a locking tool having a lock pin that can be biased with an elastic body to the tip of the head at the fastening completion position is fixed facing a concave portion provided in the periphery of the shell. The sensor is composed so that, upon completion of fastening, pressing force or extension applied by the elastic body is released and then the lock pin becomes engaged in the concave portion by the force of the elastic body to lock, thereby emitting a sound detectable by an operator.
