A method for feeding and breeding flies aseptic larva comprises the steps of: (1) providing flies with protein for laying eggs (2) moving twenty-five to one hundred eggs into a box received with a feeding stuff and breeding the eggs into pupae at a temperature range of twenty to forty Celsius for five to ten days (3) moving the pupae into an adult worm feeding box for eclosion (4) providing the adult worms with protein for laying eggs at the first day of eclosion of the adult worms and collecting the laid eggs from six to ten days after the eclosion of the adult worms and (5) applying a disinfectant to sterilize the laid eggs aged from half hour to ten hours for one to ten minutes. The disinfectant can be sodium hypochlorite, capable of achieving the sterilization effect of 91.4% and 100% by processing egg mass for three and five minutes at the concentration of 2.5~5%.一種蠅類無菌幼蟲飼養的方法,包含:(1)提供蛋白質給予蠅類產卵;(2)將25~100顆卵移入裝有飼料之盒中,溫度為20~40℃,飼養5至10日成蛹;(3)將蛹移至一成蟲飼養箱中待羽化;(4)成蟲羽化首日給予蛋白質提供產卵,羽化後第6-10天收集卵;(5)將卵齡為0.5至10小時的卵,以消毒劑進行滅菌1至10分鐘。其中該消毒劑可為次氯酸鈉,所使用的濃度為2.5~5%處理卵塊3及5分鐘,達成的91.4及100%滅菌功效。
