PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber scanning device having a narrow diameter which can perform scanning radiation with high accuracy.SOLUTION: An optical fiber scanning device 10 comprises an optical fiber 30 where a permanent magnet 31 is disposed and emits illumination light from a tip end part, on a hollow part on which a field generation unit 21U of a frame body 11S is disposed. The frame body 11S which is a regular square cross section of the hollow part comprises: a first frame body 11A on which a flat coil is disposed on a first surface 11SA and a second surface 11SB which are orthogonal to each other; and a second frame body 11B on which a flat coil is disposed on a third surface 11SC and a fourth surface 11SD which are orthogonal to each other, and being jointed to the first frame body 11A.
