<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microorganism preparation for feed, which comprises a new probiotic microorganism excellent in intestinal immobilizability and harmful microorganism proliferation-inhibiting ability in livestock and suitable for preparing the fermented feed and improving the quality, and to provide a method for simply producing a fermented liquid, TMR fermented feed, a silage, or the like, having high intestinal function-regulating effects in the livestock. <；P>；SOLUTION: This microorganism preparation for feed comprises a probiotic microorganism Lactobacillus plantarum LQ80 strain (NITE P-133) and/or Bacillus subtilis LQ13 strain (NITE P-132). The method for producing the fermented liquid or the TMR fermented feed is characterized by adding the microorganism preparation for feed to organic wastes and fermenting the organic wastes.
