PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty treatment instrument which can perform sensing and care of a skin abnormality simultaneously.SOLUTION: The beauty treatment instrument comprises: a skin stimulator 3 including a stimulation surface 3a coming in contact with a skin surface to impart stimulation a skin stimulation source for imparting a physical beauty treatment stimulation to the skin stimulator 3 and a skin abnormality sensing part for sensing a skin surface abnormality. The skin abnormality sensing part includes: a measurement part 143 directly opposite to a site to be measured of the skin surface a light emission part 138 for projecting examination light onto the site to be measured of the skin surface which is directly opposite to the measurement part 143 a light reception part 139 for receiving examination light reflected off the site to be measured and first and second optical path forming bodies 140, 141. In a front view directly opposite to the stimulation surface 3a, the measurement part 143 is arranged inside a counter line of the stimulation surface 3a. The first optical path forming body 140 and the second optical path forming body 141 are joined via joining surfaces 149, 158.
