PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beauty appliance capable of positioning a heat sink.SOLUTION: A body part A comprises: a body case 1 and a heat generating unit 2 provided in the body case 1 to apply cold or heat to the skin surface. The heat generating unit 2 includes: a heat stimulus head 15 exposed to an outer surface of the body case 1 to cause the cold or the heat to act on the skin surface a heat sink 16 housed in the body case 1 and a thermoelectric conversion element 17 arranged between the heat stimulus head 15 and the heat sink 16. A projecting part 46 is formed at the body case 1, and a recess 34 is formed in the heat sink 16.
