PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scattering prevention device of a spraying machine and a spraying method in which the scattering prevention effect of a spray solution is high and the spray effect can be increased.SOLUTION: A scattering prevention device is used which includes a spraying machine 100 includes injection ports 133, 134 for atomizing a spray solution supplied from a spray agent tank mounted on a body frame toward a sprayed object T while traveling, and cover units 151, 152 for surrounding a circumference other than the spraying direction of the injection port and extending from the injection port to the rear in the traveling direction. While the spraying machine is made to sit astride the sprayed object to travel and the spray agent is atomized toward the sprayed object by the injection port, a non-adherent spray agent floating after spraying is guided in a narrow space of a fine mist guideway formed by suspending a curtain member between the injection port and the rear end in the traveling direction in the inside of the cover unit, and the non-adherent spray agent is made to fall on the sprayed object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】散布液の飛散防止効果が高く、散布効果を高めることが可能な散布機の飛散防止装置と散布方法を提供する。【解決手段】走行しながら、本体フレームに搭載した散布剤タンクから供給される散布液を散布対象物Tに向けて噴霧する噴口部133,134を備える散布機100と、噴口部の散布方向を除く周囲を囲むと共に噴口部から進行方向後方に延在する覆いユニット151,152を備える飛散防止装置を用いる。散布機を散布対象物に跨らせて走行し、噴口部から散布剤を散布対象物に向けて噴霧しながら、噴霧後に浮遊する未付着の散布剤を覆いユニット内部の、噴口部と進行方向後端の間にのれん部材を吊下げて形成した細霧誘導路の狭空間に誘導して未付着の散布剤を散布対象物へ落下させる。【選択図】図1
