PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boom spraying apparatus that folds down a boom in front of and diagonally over a traveling machine body and that prevents the tip of the boom from approaching the surface of a field even when the boom is released against an obstacle.SOLUTION: A boom spraying apparatus 1 includes an apparatus body 10 disposed behind a traveling machine body T, a boom opening/closing member 11 pivotally supported against the machine body 10 and opening and closing between a deployed position on a side crossing the moving direction of the traveling machine body T and a folded position in which its tip side along the moving direction of the traveling machine body T faces diagonally upward, and a boom 12 removably connected to the boom opening/closing member 11 and having a plurality of spray holes 13 along its longitudinal direction. The boom opening/closing member 11 has a connection portion to which the connected part of the boom 12 is connected. The connected part of the boom 12 has a pivot shaft 15 that swings the boom 12 up and down relative to the boom opening/closing member 11 in the folded position.
