An ultrasonic sensing device includes a signal transmission layer, a signal reception layer and a flexible printed circuit board. The signal transmission layer is configured to transmit ultrasonic waves, and the signal reception layer is configured to receive the ultrasonic waves reflected from a to-be-sensed object and forming a sensing signal corresponding to the to-be-sensed object. The flexible printed circuit board includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The signal reception layer is formed on the first surface. The signal transmission layer is formed on the second surface. The flexible printed circuit board also includes a plurality of sensing components and at least one connector, both of the sensing components and the connector are set on the first surface. The plurality of sensing components are used for transmitting the sensing signals formed by the signal reception layer to a readout device via the a least one connector, and the readout device further transforms the sensing signals of the sensing object into image information or data information.
