PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method and an evaluation device capable of evaluating skin dullness with high accuracy.SOLUTION: The evaluation method of skin dullness has the process of photographing a UV image of the skin and the process of calculating the average value of the brightness of the photographed UV image.
