Provided is a medical system which is capable of showing a virtual image mid-air display having an input operation function such as a touch panel in an appropriate spatial position in an operating room. This system comprises: a mid-air display monitor 11 which displays an original image of a virtual image mid-air display 15 having an input operation function such as a touch panel； a mid-air display plate 12 for displaying the virtual image mid-air display； a movable robot arm 13 that moves the mid-air display monitor 11； a gesture sensor 14 that detects positional directional information of a predetermined part of a practitioner (operator) 100 and of equipment and the like in the operating room； and a system controller 3 which drives and controls the mid-air display monitor 11 and the movable robot arm 13 on the basis of the information and shows the virtual image mid-air display 15 in a predetermined space.L'invention concerne un système médical pouvant générer un affichage d'image virtuelle dans l'air disposant d'une fonction de saisie telle qu'un panneau tactile, dans une position spatiale appropriée dans une salle d'opération.
