The present invention relates to a fishing weight assembly. The fishing weight assembly comprises: a mounting holder having a bar extended in a longitudinal direction and first and second coupling parts respectively formed at top and bottom ends of the bar； a support formed integrally with the bottom end of the first coupling part； an upper cap screw-coupled with the second coupling part； and a fishing weight including a hollow space formed in a longitudinal direction, a third coupling part formed under the hollow space, and a cut groove formed an outside over the entire height of the hollow space. The bar is inserted into the cut groove in a width direction so that the first coupling part and the third coupling part are coupled with each other.
