To provide an oral cavity opening maintaining device which allows a practitioner by oneself to maintain a required opening shape of an oral cavity of a patient at a required portion in the oral cavity at a required timing, without man power of an assistant or the like, in treatment in an oral cavity surgery field.SOLUTION: The oral cavity opening maintaining device comprises: a plurality of opening maintaining parts pulling mouth corners of a patient by prescribed force for maintaining a pulled opened condition； a support part supporting the opening maintaining parts； a base part installed on a floor face； and a column support part connected to the support part from the base part. Each of the opening maintaining parts comprise: a metallic flexible arm having bellows structure； and a treatment appliance mounted to a distal end of the flexible arm by mounting/demounting means.
