The present invention is directed in various methods, devices and systems relating to providing a balloon on a sheath in combination with orbital atherectomy in order reduce the number of steps in the procedure. In certain embodiments, the balloon comprises adjunctive low pressure balloon for prevention of vessel trauma during dilatation.Linvention concerne divers procédés, dispositifs et systèmes consistant à disposer un ballonnet sur un fourreau en combinaison avec une arthérectomie orbitale afin de réduire le nombre détapes lors de la procédure. Dans certains modes de réalisation, le ballonnet comprend un ballonnet à basse pression adjonctif afin dempêcher tout traumatisme des vaisseaux pendant la dilatation.
