The present invention relates to a granule comprising silodosin alkaline inorganic salt as a stabilizer and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient. The present invention shows that the inventive granules exhibit improved stability for silodosin, and reduction in unwanted reaction of silidosin with other excipients. Thus, the granule comprising silidosin of the present invention can be used for the development of a composition or formulation with a variety of dissolution characteristics, without any influence to the stability of silodosin. Also, owing to the decreased adverse effects which may result from degradation products of silodosin, it can be utilized as a safer therapeutic agent for prostatic hypertrophy.La présente invention concerne un granulé comprenant de la silodosine, un sel inorganique alcalin en tant que stabilisant, ainsi quun excipient pharmaceutiquement acceptable. La présente invention montre que les granulés selon linvention améliorent la stabilité de la silodosine et réduisent les réactions indésirables de la silidosine avec dautres excipients. Ainsi, on peut utiliser le granulé de linvention comprenant de la silidosine dans la mise au point dune composition ou formulation présentant diverses caractéristiques de dissolution, sans modification de la stabilité de la silodosine. De même, en raison de la diminution des effets indésirables pouvant résulter des produits de dégradation de la silodosine, on peut utiliser ce granulé en tant quagent thérapeutique plus sûr dans lhypertrophie de la prostate.
