PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infusion pump that can reliably detect wrong installation, even if an infusion tube is mistakenly installed in any position.SOLUTION: An infusion pump includes: a backing plate 34 having a central projected stripe part 341 fitted in a tube groove a first biasing member 35 for biasing the backing plate in the direction spaced apart from a cover body a second biasing member 37 separating the backing plate from a hinge 2 side, and biasing it in the direction along the installation surface and a guide member 12 mounted at the second end side of a tube mounting surface in a pump body, and pressing the second end side of the backing plate to a first end side when the cover body closes the tube mounting surface. When the cover body closes the tube mounting surface normally, the backing plate moves from a first position, which is an initial position, to the second end side by the guide member, and is pressed by the tube mounting surface. Accordingly, the backing plate is moved so as to approach the installation surface of the cover, and thereby it is configured to be displaced to a second position where the center projected stripe part is fitted in the tube groove.
