The present invention discloses an electronic shooting device suitable for visual impairment groups, and a shooting training room. The electronic shooting device comprises a controller, a voice player, and an electronic backboard, wherein the electronic backboard comprises a backboard and a basket, the backboard is divided into three portions by two concentric circles of different radii, and each portion is uniformly divided into eight subareas which are electrically isolated； the backboard of 10 each subarea comprises a buffer layer and a sensing layer, the buffer layer presses a buffer device such that contacts of the buffer layer are in contact with contacts of the sensing layer to realize electrical connection between the buffer layer and the sensing layer, and the controller controls the voice player according to the positions of the subareas where the buffer layer and the sensing layer electrically connected are located to issue a corresponding voice prompt of a basketball placement 15 position. The basketball placement position is converted into a voice prompt, positioning of a shooting position and prompt of a basketball placement position can be achieved by means of hearing and touch, and the visually handicapped shooter can be helped to practice accurate shooting by himself.
