The plurality of optical regions include a first optical region and a second optical region having differing spectral transmittance characteristics, transmitted polarization characteristics, or both. The plurality of first pixels each include a spectral filter, and the spectral filters have a plurality of differing spectral transmittance characteristic types. The plurality of second pixels each include a spectral filter, and the spectral filters have at least one spectral transmittance characteristic type.
