PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide buckwheat containing zinc in brown cereals at high concentration, and to provide a method for producing the buckwheat.SOLUTION: Buckwheat mature grains contain &ge3.0 mg/100g of zinc in brown cereals.
