PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive coated article that is superior in adhesion and has deodorization properties and provide a defecation pouch for an artificial anus comprising the adhesive coated article having the deodorization properties.SOLUTION: An adhesive coated article 1 having deodorization properties according to the present invention comprises a base material sheet 2, an adhesive layer 3 adhering to one side of the base material sheet and a fiber layer 4 adhering to the central part of the adhesive layer surface.
