PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mutually reflect set information in a pulse wave measuring mode and in a continuous wave measuring mode.SOLUTION: A CW cursor 100 used in the continuous wave measuring mode is set so as to connect an origin P disposed on an array oscillator 10 and a position for measurement, and a CW gate CG is set at the position for measurement on the CW cursor 100. Then, a transmission beam TB and a receiving beam RB of continuous waves corresponding to the CW cursor 100 are formed.
