A patient interface system for treating Obstructive Sleep Apnea with Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) therapy by supplying air at positive pressure to airways of a patient, the patient interface system comprising: a patient interface including: a plenum chamber configured to be pressurized above ambient pressure in use by air at positive pressure； and a seal-forming structure attached to the plenum chamber and configured to contact and seal against a region of the patient’s face around an entrance to the patient’s airways； a positioning and stabilising structure including a back portion, a pair of upper straps extending from the back portion, and a pair of lower straps extending from the back portion； and a patient interface frame releasably connected to the plenum chamber to hold the seal-forming structure in sealing contact with the patient’s face during use, the patient interface frame including a pair of rigidiser arms, each of the rigidiser arms including an upper attachment point configured to releasably attach to a corresponding one of the upper straps in use, and the patient interface frame including a pair of lower attachment points configured to releasably attach to a corresponding one of the lower straps, wherein the rigidiser arms extend from the patient interface frame such that when the patient interface system is donned by the patient: each of the rigidiser arms extends along a corresponding one of the patient’s cheeks and between corresponding ones of the patient’s eyes and ears, each upper strap is connectable to a respective upper attachment point superior to the patient’s corresponding ear, and each of the upper straps is oriented substantially parallel to the patient’s Frankfort horizontal.
