PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform optimal ground leveling with a small number of parts and less work for the parts.SOLUTION: A ground-leveling cover 1 is equipped with a cover body 30, installed on the lower end side of a rear cover 15 covering the rear of a tilling part 11 and having a ground-leveling surface a and a mounting member 31 for making the cover body 30 engage with an engaging member 24 on the lower back surface of the rear cover 15 so as to be freely disengageable.
