The method includes assigning a memory access of at least one unique memory region of at least one memory unit to each of at least one application task or task set. A memory access of at least one application data update task is assigned to at least one subregion of one or more of the at least one unique memory region. At least one data parameter is written to the at least one subregion and the assigned memory access of the at least one application data update task de-activated.
