PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems for example, conventionally, prescription of a proper therapeutic medicine for osteoporosis is extremely difficult unless he/she is a medical specialist, and even for the medical specialist, the medical specialist determines the proper therapeutic medicine based on experiment and knowledge, and for acquiring experiment and knowledge, much time is required, and a medicine determined by the medical specialist is not always optimal for individual patient, and there are many parameters for determination, so that, reproductivity cannot be ensured even the medical specialist determines.SOLUTION: There is provided a software installed in a computer and is used, in which, at least age, sex, bone density, and medical history of bone fracture which are risk factors of osteoporosis, are stored and managed in a database for every patient, and a merger state of respective factors, is collated with a protocol which is examined and determined in advance, and then a recommended medicine is presented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】 従来、骨粗鬆症の適切な治療薬剤及びその処方は専門医でなければ非常に困難であり、その専門医にしても経験、知識に基いての決定事項となるもので、その経験や知識を身につけるには多くの時間が必要となる点であり、その専門医の決定した薬剤も、必ずしも個々の患者に最適であるとは限らないものであったという点である。また、決定のためのパラメーターが多岐にわたり、専門医であっても再現性は保証しえない点である。【解決手段】 コンピュータにインストールされて使用されるソフトウェアであって、骨粗鬆症のリスク因子である少なくとも年齢、性別、骨密度及び骨折の既往を個々の患者ごとにデータベースに保存管理し、その各要因の併合状況を事前に検討決定されたプロトコルと照合し、推奨薬を提示することとする。【選択図】 図１
