The invention concerns a system and a method for estimating a quantity of interest of a dynamic artery/tissue/vein system of an elementary volume - referred to as a voxel - of an organ from medical images according to methods referred to as oSVD or cSVD. The invention proposes two embodiments which differ in terms of the execution time required to produce the estimation of said quantity of interest and allow a therapeutic diagnosis, including in an emergency situation.L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour estimer une quantité d'intérêt d'un système dynamique artère/tissu/veine d'un volume élémentaire - dit voxel - d'un organe à partir d'images médicales selon les méthodes dites o SVD ou cSVD. L'invention propose deux modes de réalisation qui se distinguent par le temps d'exécution nécessaire pour produire l'estimation de ladite quantité d'intérêt et permettent un diagnostic thérapeutique y compris en situation d'urgence.
