The invention relates to a system and a method for estimating a quantity of interest of a dynamic artery/tissue/vein system of an elementary volume&mdash；referred to as a voxel&mdash；of an organ based on medical images according to the methods referred to as oSVD or cSVD. The invention discloses two embodiments which are distinguished by the execution time necessary in order to produce the estimate of said quantity of interest and enable a therapeutic diagnosis including in an emergency situation.L'invention concerne un système et un procédé pour estimer une quantité d'intérêt d'un système dynamique artère/tissu/veine d'un volume élémentaire - dit voxel - d'un organe à partir d'images médicales selon les méthodes dites o SVD ou cSVD. L'invention propose deux modes de réalisation qui se distinguent par le temps d'exécution nécessaire pour produire l'estimation de ladite quantité d'intérêt et permettent un diagnostic thérapeutique y compris en situation d'urgence.
