ABSTRACT - 605286 The disclosure relates to a combination comprising as components: (a) the compound of formula (I’), which is (1R,2R)-3-(3-dimethylamino-1-ethy1-2-methyl-propy1)-phenol, or an acid addition salt thereof and (b ) at least one antiepileptic selected from the group consisting of pregabalin, gabapentin, topiramate, lamotrigine, carbamazepine, lacosamide, levetiracetam and retigabine, with the proviso that, when component (b) is pregabalin or gabapentin, the compound of formula (I’) is adapted for immediate release.
