PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic treatment device which can easily operate an operation part for operating a wiper when gripped by a hand.SOLUTION: The endoscopic treatment device is provided with an insertion section which is to be inserted into a body cavity, a grip section which is interconnected with the base end of the insertion section, a wipe-off section which is provided to the front end of the insertion section and which rotates to wipe off a deposit adhering to an observation surface provided to the front end of a lens, a shaft member 500 through which the insertion section is inserted and which is connected to the wipe-off section, and an operation section 419 which is provided along the entire circumferential periphery of the front end of the grip section in the longitudinal direction of the grip section, is connected to the shaft member 500, and operates the wipe-off section through the shaft member 500.
