The present invention relates to a thermal therapeutic device for pressurizing legs and arms for spine chuna using air pressure. Furthermore, the generation of the noise due to friction between parts can be prevented, and the acupressure and thermal therapeutic massage suitable for the body type of the user can be achieved.본 발명은 공기압을 이용한 척추 추나 사지 압박용 온열치료기를 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 온열치료기내의 승하강부재를 상하로 분리된 에어부재로 구성하는 한편, 상하 분리형 에어부재를 에어가 주입되는 에어가이드로 연결 구성한 것으로, 이에따라 에어부재 및 에어가이드로 에어를 주입하여 부풀어 오름이 이루어지도록 하고, 복수개의 지압돌기가 마련되는 고정프레임을 좌우 흔들림이나 뒤틀림없이 수직하게 승하강시켜 지압돌기에 의한 사용자의 척추 추나 요법으로 사지 압박이 치우침없이 정확하게 이루어지도록 함은 물론, 부품과 부품간의 마찰에 의한 소음 발생을 방지하면서, 사용자의 체형에 적합한 지압 및 온열 마사지 치료가 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
