The present utility model relates in general to a pet bathing equipment. Specifically, it relates to a multi-purpose apparatus for holding dog in bathing, grooming and transporting. More specifically, it is directed to an apparatus for dog bathing, grooming and transporting comprising: a platform defined by a rectangular metal plate preferably corrugated stainless steel plate, a plurality of rollers attached to the bottom of the platform, a pair of neck support posts mounted on the platform, a pair of breast support posts and a pair of thigh support posts disposed respectively on the platform, a plurality of adjustable mounting means comprising: a ring provided with a screwed cavity and a retaining bolt mounted by screw to the screwed cavity. The plurality of adjustable mounting means is mounted to the plurality of support posts respectively. A plurality of straps is attached to the plurality of adjustable mounting means. The metal parts are preferably made from stainless steel while the straps are made from nylon material. A pair of handle posts mounted at the rear portion of the platform, a pair of pushing handles engaged at the top portion of the pair of handle posts and a plurality of braces attached to the pair of handle posts.
