<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a keratinocyte and/or an artificial epidermis sheet that is intended for the purposes of regeneration of skin tissue from a stem cell by differentiation-induction promoting effects from a stem cell to the keratinocyte； to provide a method for regenerating the skin using these. <；P>；SOLUTION: Remarkable promotion of differentiation induction from a stem cell to a keratinocyte by using seed extract of Sterculia scaphigera Wall belonging to Sterculiaceae allows extremely efficient production of a keratinocyte or an artificial epidermis sheet from a stem cell. The produced keratinocyte or artificial epidermis sheet also remarkably improves tissue regeneration ability upon transplantation to skin tissue.
