<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fibroblast and/or an artificial dermis that is intended for the purposes of regeneration of skin tissue from a stem cell by differentiation-induction promoting effects from a stem cell to a fibroblast: and to provide a method for regenerating the skin using these. <；P>；SOLUTION: Remarkable promotion of differentiation induction from a stem cell to a fibroblast by using seed extract of purple wheat allows extremely efficient production of a fibroblast or an artificial dermis from a stem cell.
