The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition which includes zinc oxide nanoparticles an an active ingredient and is capable of inhibiting the pathogenicity of multidrug-resistant pathogenic bacteria. The zinc oxide nanoparticles enables the composition to suppress the biofilm formation of multidrug-resistant strains and production of virulence factors from the strains responsible for the pathogenicity. Accordingly, the present invention can effectively used for the prevention and treatment of the pathogenic bacteria resistant to multiple antibiotics.본 발명은 산화아연 나노입자를 유효성분으로 함유한 다제내성 균의 병원성 억제 약학조성물을 제공함으로써 산화아연 나노입자가 다른 세포의 성장에는 영향을 주지 않고 다제내성의 원인이 되는 균주의 생물막 형성과 병원성을 유발시키는 균주의 독성인자 생성을 억제하여 항생제 다제내성을 갖는 병원성균에 대한 치료 및 예방효과를 증진시키는 병원성 억제용 약학조성물에 관한 것이다.
