PURPOSE: A stent and a stent insertion system are provided to obtain durability capable of adaptation according to the working status of an air conduct. CONSTITUTION: A stent comprises: first and second stand bodies(100,200) capable of contraction and expansion； first and second flexible units(400) which respectively connect both sides of the first and second stand bodies, form a path, and flexibly changes the first and second stand bodies according to the shape change of the inner cavity； first and second fixing units(500,600) which fix the first and second stand bodies to the stricture part of the inner cavity； and a bent portion(700) which connects the first stent body to the second stand body and inserts the stent bodies into the bent portion of the inner cavity.본 발명은 내강 확장용 스텐트에 관한 것으로, 각각 일정한 길이 및 일정한 형상을 가지고 자체적으로 수축 및 팽창이 가능하게 형성되는 제1, 제2 스텐트 본체； 상기 제1, 제2 스텐트 본체의 양단부를 각각 일체로 서로 연결시켜주면서 상기 제1, 제2 스텐트 본체와 함께 내부에 통로를 형성하고, 내강의 형상 변화에 따라 상기 제1, 제2 스텐트 본체를 유연하게 대응시켜주기 위한 제1, 제2 유연부； 상기 제1, 제2 스텐트 본체의 외주면에 하나 이상 형성되고, 상기 제1, 제2 스텐트 본체를 내강의 협착 부위에 견고하게 고정시켜 주기 위한 제1, 제2 고정부； 및 상기 제1 스텐트 본체와 제2 스텐트 본체를 일정한 각도를 이루면서 꺾이도록 일체로 연결시켜 주고, 내강의 구부러진 부위에 삽입되기 위한 굴곡부를 포함한다.
