<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling-raising method effectively using an existing raising seedling facility, and humidifying and warming with an easy structure, according to the growth condition of seedlings so as to achieve curing growth of seedlings at a low cost. <；P>；SOLUTION: A raising seedling facility is composed of : a plurality of raising seedling benches (2, ...) which are placed on a stand (3) in a raising seedling chamber (1)； first covering materials (4, ...) which cover the upper side of the raising seedling benches (2, ...) for each unit； second covering materials (6, ...) which cover together a plurality of units from the upper side of the first covering materials (4, ...) and whose lower ends are below the raising seedling benches (2, ...)； and mist tubes (8, ...) which spray hot water below the raising seedling benches (2, ...) and above the lower ends of the second covering materials (6, ...).
