Rice hull and sawdust are sequentially placed on the gravel layer to form a rice hull layer and a sawdust filter bed. One side of the tank body has a blast pipe communicating with the gravel layer such that the nitrobacter breeds within interstices of the gravels. Nast smell air can be delivered into the tank body through the blast pipe to transport nitrobacter water produced in the blowing aeration zone to the sawdust filter bed so that the nitrobacter implants on the sawdust filter bed to form sawdust nitrobacter.
