An oil-in-water emulsion composition comprises: a) a dispersed fatty phase comprising at least one oil chosen from silicone oils, hydrocarbonated oil, or a mixture thereof; b) a continuous aqueous phase comprising at least one C1-C4 alcohol, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, mono-, bi-, or tri, in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition; and c) at least one hydrophobic particle chosen from hydrophobic silicas, starch, starch, talc, silicone resin powders, hollow hemispherical silicone particles, polyamide powders, hydrophobic pigment, or a mixture thereof; and d) at least one polysaccharide.
