An oil-in-water emulsion composition comprises: a) a dispersed fatty phase comprising at least one oil chosen from silicone oils, hydrocarbonated oil, or a mixture thereof； b) a continuous aqueous phase comprising at least one C1-C4 alcohol, linear or branched, saturated or unsaturated, mono-, bi-, or tri, in an amount ranging from 0.1% to 20% by weight, relative to the total weight of the composition； and c) at least one hydrophobic particle chosen from hydrophobic silicas, starch, starch, talc, silicone resin powders, hollow hemispherical silicone particles, polyamide powders, hydrophobic pigment, or a mixture thereof； and d) at least one polysaccharide.
