PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a core-shell structure having a particle diameter which is considered to be useful, and a stable production method of a pharmaceutical preparation containing the structure.SOLUTION: A core-shell structure includes a core part and a shell part, in which the core part contains a compound having no surfactant activity, and the shell part contains surfactant at 5 to 100 pts.wt. for 1 pt.wt. of the compound. The surfactant is at least one surfactant selected from sucrose fatty acid ester, glycerin fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene glycerin fatty acid ester, sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene sorbit fatty acid ester, polyoxyethylene castor oil and hardened castor oil, a weighted average value of its HLB value is 10 or less, an average grain diameter is 50 nm or more. A pharmaceutical preparation contains a phase including base agent in which the core-shell structure is dispersed.
