PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block for a coral culture structure allowing carrying out of efficient multiplication of coral in a large amount, and to provide the coral culture structure.SOLUTION: There is provided the block for the coral culture structure provided with a block body in which an adhesion induction part allowing adhesion of a coral larva is installed in at least one surface. The block for the coral culture structure includes the block body in which the adhesion induction part is formed of a groove provided on the surface of the block body formed so that the top face forms a continuous surface without producing a gap in a lateral face where each block body mutually contacts when the plurality of block bodies are placed side by side on the periphery with the adhesion induction part being the top face. In the block for the coral culture structure, the block body includes a through-hole provided so as to open to a pair of opposite surfaces other than the surface provided with the adhesion induction part. Furthermore, there is provided the coral culture structure using the block.
