PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical system capable of easily performing the remote operation of a monitor for displaying an operating image without taking of ones eye from the monitor. SOLUTION: The medical system is equipped with one or a plurality of medical machineries (a high frequency cautery 8, an aeropertoneum instrument 9), monitors 12 and 27, a remote controller 36 capable of operating the functions possessed by the medical machineries and a system controller 15 for displaying the functions of the medical machineries operated by the remote controller 36 on the monitors 12 and 27.
