PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device that can determine generation of a biological signal being a detection target more accurately, while suppressing increase of computational complexity of signal processing.SOLUTION: A device of the present invention is a biological signal processing device for processing an input signal capable of containing a biological signal. The device has unit space design means for designing one or more unit spaces by a feature value generated from the input signal corresponding to one or multiple preset reference conditions concerning the presence or absence of the generation of the biological signal, separation degree calculation means for calculating one or more separation degrees being the degrees separated from the unit space in the input signal of a determination target based on the feature value generated from the input signal of the determination target, and signal generation determination means for determining the generation of the biological signal in the input signal of the determination target based on the calculated separation degrees. Here, it is preferable that at least the unit space concerning the reference conditions of biological signal generation may be designed.
