PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health-state determining method by which biological signals required to determine the health state of an examinee can quickly be collected and also an accurate determination result can quickly be obtained, while providing a health-state determining device for achieving maintenance and improvement of human health and furthermore for determining the health state.SOLUTION: By giving an external stimulation to the examinee performing an exercise, the health state is determined from a change in the biological signal of the examinee by the external stimulation and the age of the examinee.
