PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a riding type seedling transplanter conventionally equipped with a hand-operable operation arm integrated with a brake pedal that is set from the bottom of the floor step to upward, but in this case the mechanism must elongate the operation arm from the brake pedal resultantly the machine size becomes large and dangerous, when the operator moves on the floor step as bearing seedlings.SOLUTION: In the riding type seedling transplanting machine in which the handle 34 for operating the front wheels 10 is arranged in front of the seat 31 of the driving machine body 2 and the floor step 35 on which an operator can move is provided on the left, right and rear sides of the handle 34, the brake pedal 70 is hung down on the support shaft 71 set on the bottom side of the handle 34, a had-operated brake lever 77 is provided freely rotatably to the rotary shaft 78 that is set on the bottom face of the floor step 35 on the front side of the brake pedal 70 while directing the same forward and downward and simultaneously the brake handle-operating lever 77 and the brake pedal 70 are connected with a connecting member 79.COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来、フロアステップ下面から上方に向けて設けたブレーキペダルに一体的に手で操作できる操作アームを設けたものがあるが、ブレーキペダルから操作アームを長く延ばした大型の機構となり、作業者が苗を持ってフロアステップを移動する場合に邪魔になって危険であった。【解決手段】走行車体2の座席31の前方には前輪10を操向操作するハンドル34を配置し、ハンドル34の左右側方及び後方に作業者が移動できるフロアステップ35を設けた乗用型苗移植機において、ハンドル34の下側に設けた支持軸71にブレーキペダル70を吊り下げて設け、ブレーキペダル70の前方側のフロアステップ35の下面に設けた回動軸78にブレーキ手動レバー77を前方下方に向けて回動操作自在に設けると共に、ブレーキ手動レバー77とブレーキペダル70とを連結部材79にて連携した乗用型苗移植機。【選択図】図3
