According to the preparation method of the present invention, provided is a liposome preparation containing amphotericin B, in which free amphotericin B that is not enclosed in the liposome is maintained at a content of less than 1%, and amphotericin B is stably enclosed in the liposome, thereby reducing cytotoxicity to normal cells, increasing enclosing efficiency to improve productivity, and controlling the grain particle distribution to improve storage stability.본 발명은, 암포테리신 B를 함유한 리포좀 제제의 제조방법, 및 이로부터 제조한 암포테리신 B를 함유한 리포좀 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제조방법에 따르면, 리포좀에 봉입되지 않은 유리 암포테리신 B가 1% 미만으로 유지되고, 리포좀 내에 암포테리신 B가 안정적으로 봉입됨으로써, 정상세포에 대한 세포독성이 감소되고, 봉입률의 증가로 생산성이 향상되며, 입도분포가 조절되어 저장안정성이 개선된 암포테리신 B를 함유한 리포좀 제제를 제조할 수 있다.
