The present invention relates to a wire-type nail assembly which comprises: a nail assembly body which is installed in a fractured area and in which a penetration hole for a screw and inner space are formed； and a wire body which is inserted into the inner space of the nail assembly body and is combined with the thread of a screw. According to the present invention as described above, a screw fixed on a bone penetrates the nail assembly body by a fixing bolt method and is combined with the wire body installed inside the nail assembly body by the fixing bolt method in the form of more than one point to provide an easy installation process. Moreover, a support portion is prepared to prevent the screw from being separated from the nail assembly body in an axial direction such that the nail assembly body can be firmly fixed on the fractured area.본 발명은 와이어타입 네일 어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 와이어타입 네일 어셈블리는, 골절부위에 설치되며, 내부에 공간이 형성되고, 스크류가 관통되는 관통공이 형성되는 본체；와, 상기 본체의 공간에 삽입되며, 상기 스크류의 나사산에 결합되는 와이어체；가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다.이상 상술한 바와 같은 본 발명에 의하면, 뼈에 고정되는 스크류가 나사결합방식으로 본체를 관통하되, 상기 본체의 내부 공간에 설치된 와이어체와 1점 이상에서 나사결합되므로 설치가 간편하고, 스크류가 본체에서 축방향으로 이탈되는 것이 방지되도록 지지부가 마련되므로 본체가 골절부위에 견고하게 고정될 수 있는 장점이 있다.
