PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite composition, which is constituted of safe elements for human bodies, has low electric resistance and is capable of suppressing cracks in a sintered body, and to provide a biomedical electrode using the same.SOLUTION: The ferrite composition includes 60-90 mol% of Fe2O3 and 10-40 mol% of MO (where M is at least one selected from Ni, Mg, Cu and Zn) and has a spinel structure.
