Further, the above dentifrice composition containing (D) thickening silica or (E) surfactant. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a dentifrice composition which gives a continuous and high feeling of cleansing in the oral cavity and has good usability.（Ａ）Ｎ－（４－シアノメチルフェニル）－２－イソプロピル－５－メチルシクロヘキサンカルボキサミドを０．００００１～０．０１質量％、（Ｂ）キサンタンガムを１．４～２．５質量％、及び（Ｃ）ポリアクリル酸ナトリウム及びアルギン酸ナトリウムから選ばれる１種以上を含有し、（Ｂ）／（Ｃ）が質量比として６～２０である歯磨剤組成物。更に、（Ｄ）増粘性シリカ、又は（Ｅ）界面活性剤を含有する上記歯磨剤組成物。 本発明によれば、持続的かつ高い口腔内清浄感を与え、また、使用性も良い歯磨剤組成物を提供できる。
